Heaven

We had a junior suite which was effectively a villa situated approx. 1 minute from the reception. We were taken with our bags by golf buggy!

The suite was very comfortable and cool with plenty of storage space, a plus for my wife! The bed was slightly too firm for my wife but that was sorted very quickly by the cleaning staff.

Food, delightful range of cakes, fruit, hams, cheeses, omelettes and juice your own oranges for breakfast.
When we stayed in the hotel, lunch was by the pool. The food in the evenings was fantastic.

We mixed our time there between travelling and relaxing and the pool area was fantastic, quiet and clean and a sun trap. A real haven.

The grounds are also a delight. Whilst we were there, there was 2 weddings (no noise in our room). What a place to get married.
On our last day, there were classic cars preparing for a rally around the local area.

The hotels part of the local beach was not ready which was a shame. The beach itself was no great shakes.
You do need a car as there is no local transport nearby (apart from taxi), but that is what makes the place so special, it really is a quiet slice of heaven.

Would I go back, most definitely!
